A twist exercising equipment is provided to maintain and improve a user's health by reducing a shock of knee joints by using a spring and a magnetic substance, and to be installed in a narrow space. A twist exercising equipment includes: a support plate(110) closely attached to the ground, and having a rotary shaft formed on the center and having a bearing part, a massage pole(148) formed on the front, and a handle part(112); a rotary plate(120) connected to the bearing part, and having connection holes formed on the upper surface; a lifting part(122) connected to the connection holes by comprising female and male members that move up and down, and having a returning unit embedded therein; and plural fixing footplates(124) fixed to the lifting part, and having acupressure projections(146) formed on the upper surface.
