A foot plate structure of a gangway connecting for rail cars is provided to prevent slip in front/rear/left/right directions by reducing wear of projection units of a nonslip unit in spite of longtime use. A foot plate structure of a gangway connecting for rail cars includes a connecting foot plate(100). A plurality of nonslip units with a plurality of first and second projection units are formed at a front surface of the connecting foot plate. The nonslip unit is formed in an oval shape. The first and second projection units are formed in a longitudinal direction of the nonslip unit. The first and second projection units have the same width. Lengths of the first and second projection units are formed corresponding to an oval structure of the nonslip unit. The first projection units are symmetrically formed at upper and lower parts of the nonslip unit. The second projection units are symmetrically formed at a center part of the nonslip unit.
