A rebound stroke adjustable shock absorber is provided to control the rebound collision and prevent reduction of ride comfort by installing a rebound spring on a piston rod. A rebound stroke adjustable shock absorber comprises an upper support(60), a lower support(50), and a stopper(70). The upper support is inserted into a piston rod(30) to support the upper end of a rebound spring(40). The lower support fitted into the piston rod to support the lower end of the rebound spring has an opening passage(54) and a closing passage(52). The stopper fixed on the piston rod from the lower part of the lower support has a stopping part(74) for blocking the opening passage when the predetermined rebound collision value exists. The opening passage includes a port part(52a) for allowing insertion of the stopping part and a channel part(52b) having a small diameter than the port part.
