<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas diffusion layer used for a fuel cell, capable of appropriately exhausting unnecessary moisture in a catalyst layer constituting the fuel cell; to provide a membrane electrode assembly, and to provide the fuel cell equipped with them. <P>SOLUTION: In the gas diffusion layer 20 for the fuel cell, comprising a fibrous structure, the fibrous structure 21 contains a water absorbing polymer 23 changing an aperture rate according to the moisture content of the gas diffusion layer 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
