<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is difficult to decide whether it is necessary to recalculate already calculated comprehensive evaluation points of past months dating back to a hospital admission first month while performing change operation of diagnostic group classification. <P>SOLUTION: This medical expense calculation device has: a medical fee receipt issue information database storing whether or not a medical fee receipt is already issued on a monthly basis; a medical fee receipt issue processing means issuing the medical fee receipt on the basis of diagnostic data of a patient, and recording information of issue completion into the medical fee receipt issue information database; a diagnostic group classification database storing information about a hospital admission period and the diagnostic group classification of the patient; and a diagnostic group classification registration processing means registering the information about the hospital admission period and the diagnostic group classification of the patient into the diagnostic group classification database according to a change instruction or input of the diagnostic group classification from an input means. The diagnostic group classification registration processing means refers to the receipt issue information database and the diagnostic group classification database of the patient, and displays a message of the effect that there is a month wherein the medical fee receipt is already issued during the hospital admission period on a display means when there is the month. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
