PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar holder capable of preventing the damage of a bar for adjusting a coating thickness at the time of rotation and capable of improving the endurance of a bar support recessed part due to the slide contact with the rotating bar for adjusting the coating thickness, and a coating apparatus equipped with it.
