PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier capable of reducing the effect of noise and also operating at high speed. SOLUTION: Connected to a differential transistor pair 20 are a load current source 22 and a tail current source 24. A bias circuit 30 controls current generated by the load current source 22. A first self-bias switch SW1 and a second self-bias switch SW2 are provided between gates and drains of a first input transistor M1 and a second input transistor M2 constituting the differential transistor pair 20.
