PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of easily changing a machine model, by replacing a machine base frame or a processing machine unit with a different specification, by easily separating the processing machine unit from the machine base frame. SOLUTION: A processing machine frame 55 constituting the processing machine unit 40 is fixed by a bolt 56 to an installation surface 11b of a pair of right-left side frames 11 and 11 constituting the machine base frame 10.
