摘要 A plasma display apparatus and an apparatus and a method for driving the same are provided to prevent erroneous discharge in cells without address discharge by implementing wall voltages to nearly zero between Y and X electrodes. A first end of a first transistor(Yp1) is connected to a first source voltage for supplying a first voltage. A first end of a second transistor(Yp2) is connected to a second end of the first transistor and a second end thereof is connected to a second source voltage for supplying a second voltage lower than the first voltage. A first end of a third transistor(Yn2) is connected to a contact point between the second source voltage and the second end of the second transistor. A first end of a fourth transistor(Yn1) is connected to a second end of the third transistor and a second end thereof is connected to a third source voltage for supplying a third voltage lower than the second voltage. First ends of fifth transistors(Sch) are connected to first electrodes and second ends thereof are connected to the second end of the first transistor. First ends of sixth transistors(Scl) are connected to first electrodes and second ends thereof are connected to the first end of the fourth transistor. A first path connected between the first end of the fourth transistor and the second end of the sixth transistors increases or decreases the voltage of the first electrodes. A second path connected between the second end of the first transistor and the second end of the fifth transistors, increases or decreases the voltage of the first electrodes. A reset driver connected to second electrodes, gradually varies the voltage of the second electrodes during a reset period.
