A method for preparing acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene-based copolymer latex having a high conversion ratio of monomers to polymers is provided to reduce the amounts of unreacted monomers and third monomers added, enhance polymerization productivity, and prevent environmental pollution. A method for preparing acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene-based copolymer latex having a high conversion ratio of monomers to polymers includes the steps of: (a) subjecting butadiene to emulsion polymerization to prepare small-size polybutadiene rubber latex; (b) fusing the prepared small-size polybutadiene rubber latex to prepare large-size polybutadiene rubber latex; (c) charging the prepared large-size polybutadiene rubber latex into a reactor, thereto adding an aromatic vinyl compound monomer, a vinylcyan compound monomer, a third monomer, an initiator, and an emulsifier, and performing emulsion polymerization, wherein the addition weight of the third monomer increases with time.
