<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving inverter controller that enables the achievement of size, weight, and cost reduction and meets harmonic regulations for power current. <P>SOLUTION: In a motor driving inverter, a capacitor of very small capacitance is provided between a reactor of very small capacity and the direct-current bus of the inverter. When the value of the applied voltage of the inverter is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, the inverter bus current is detected, and the current value of each phase of a motor is reproduced based thereon. Thus, the motor driving inverter controller is of small size, light weight, and low cost any yet enables the following: the motor phase currents can be correctly recognized without use of any expensive current sensor or the like and thus controllability can be enhanced; and further, erroneous overcurrent protecting operation does not occur and the operation range of the motor can be expanded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
