HARD COAT FILM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film which comprises at least a transparent base having a thickness of about 40 μm as a support base and a hard coat layer, and has a pencil hardness of 3H or more.

SOLUTION: The hard coat film is made by stacking at least two layers of an interlayer which is made of hardened material of an interlayer forming resin composition containing a first photo-setting resin and a thermo-setting resin and has a thickness of 2 to 4 μm and the hard coat layer which is made of cured material of a hard coat layer forming resin composition containing a second photosetting resin and has a thickness of 5 to 15 μm in the order on a transparent substrate of a thickness of 30 to 50 μm.
