PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collection system, an operation information recording device and an information management facility for shortening the collection time of image information, and for saving the labor of the confirmation of image information by an operation manager. SOLUTION: On the basis of state information transmitted from a drive recorder 11, a center side processing part 36 of center equipment 12 decides whether or not image information corresponding to the state information is necessary for the analysis of operating circumstances. In response to transmission request information showing the transmission request of image information decided to be necessary for the analysis of the operating circumstances by the center side processing part 36 of the center equipment 12, the drive recorder 11 transmits only the image information whose transmission has been requested among the image information recorded in a CF card 19 to the center equipment 12.
