PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal table having a plurality of terminals of which the top surfaces are arranged on substantially identical plane to constitute a mounting surface for a test object. SOLUTION: The test object mounting surface may be smaller than the terminal contact side of a test object to be mounted, and test object suction holes may be provided in between the top surfaces of the plurality of terminals. The terminal table can be brought into contact with the lower surface of the test object through two terminals.
