PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an easy-to-peel adhesive tape wound on its own back face, effective for preventing peel electrification and giving high strength at a printed area. SOLUTION: The easy-to-peel adhesive tape is produced by forming a peel-treatment layer 2 on a continuous substrate sheet 1, printing the peel-treatment layer 2 with an antistatic printing ink in the form of a pattern to form a non-adhesive printed area 3 having a continuous layer structure, applying/drying an adhesive on the other face of the substrate sheet 1 to form an adhesive layer 4 and obtain an intermediate for the easy-to-peel adhesive tape, winding the easy-to-peel adhesive tape intermediate on a core 5, pressing the easy-to-peel adhesive tape intermediate with a press roll to bond the printed area 3 to the adhesive layer 4, and rewinding the tape in a manner to laminate the peel-treatment layer 2, the substrate sheet 1, the adhesive layer 4 and the printed area 3 in the order.
