PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein work efficiency of battery exchanging is poor and a lot of constraint condition for an appearance shape due to a fitting system occurs in a lighting device for a bicycle having a battery as a power source used by being attached to a handle bar or the like. SOLUTION: The lighting device is composed of a mounting fixture for fixing to constituent parts of the bicycle, a main body part detachably being connectable to the mounting fixture, and a function part stored in the main body and having a light source and the power source. The function part can be taken out and put in by being slid from the main body part. When the mounting fixture is connected with the main body part with the function part stored in the main body part, the function part is not slipped out of the main body part, and the main body part and the function part can be taken out and put in when the mounting fixture is removed from the main body part.
