PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly workability of two-split first housing 11 and second housing 12. SOLUTION: A control piston 83 at a first housing 11 side is fitted with a relay piston 85 at a second housing 12 side due to recesses and projections. For example, a small-diameter part 831 of the control piston 83 is connected to a recess part 858 at a relay piston 85 side. The connection due to the recess and projection allows the control piston 83 and the relay piston 85 to relatively move in an axial direction, however, regulates positions thereof in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction.
