PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet image formation device and an inkjet image forming method which can form a good image without a mottle and bleed and reduce the consumption of ink and reduce an UV irradiation energy for making an ink cured. SOLUTION: In the inkjet image formation device 1 which is equipped with an inkjet recording head 11 for forming an ink pixel layer in a pixel domain on a recording medium 2 by ejecting the photocuring ink from a nozzle, an ink discharge control means for controlling the ink discharge, a movement means for moving the recording medium and/or the inkjet recording head relatively, a light irradiation means 9 for forming a pixel by curing the ink of the ink pixel layer with performing the irradiation, the ink discharge control means makes the ink pixel layer formed by adhering the ink to the two adjoining pixel domains in the longitudinal direction of the inkjet recording head 11 at a different timing.
