PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device in which the luminance can be improved, and at the same time, the reflection of ambient light can be reduced by adding a prism member and a light-absorbing member to a spontaneous light-emitting element such as an organic light-emitting element. SOLUTION: There are provided with a plurality of organic light-emitting elements and a prism member disposed on a light extraction side of the organic light-emitting elements, each of the organic light-emitting elements have a pair of electrodes and an organic compound layer formed between the pair of electrodes, and in the organic light-emitting apparatus in which an interface on the light extraction side of the prism member being an interface with air, a light-absorbing member is formed between the plurality of organic light-emitting devices, around the prism member, and on a side portion of a protrusion of the prism member.
