PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode of a planar heating element in which a planar conductor having unevenness on the surface and a flat electrode are properly joined to each other to make a current to flow stably, its manufacturing method and the planar heating element. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a manufacturing method of the electrode of the planar heating element for heating and pressure-bonding a conductive film having adhesive property to a flat electrode; the electrode for the planar heating element including the flat electrode and the conductive film having adhesive property; and the planar heating element.
