PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock device of a vending machine capable of firmly and stably fixing a lock plate in a designated position while reducing cost. SOLUTION: In the door lock device of the vending machine in which a latch, in conjunction with an opening-and-closing handle of the door, is made to engage to a lock plate 9 where a hat shape attachment plate 11, welded inside a side wall of a main body cabinet, is made as an attachment seat, an engagement arm part 9d projecting out up and down from an attachment base, a screw hole 9e for screwing a fastening screw 12, and dowel 9f for positioning are formed in the lock plate 9. A lock plate plugging hole 11c, a screw through hole 11d, and a dowel fitting hole 11e are formed in a convex wall part of the hat form adapter plate 11. After inserting the attachment base of the lock plate 9 in the plug hole 11c from the front of the main body cabinet and fitting together its engagement arm part 9d and dowel 9f inside the side wall of the attachment plate 11 and a dowel fitting hole 11e, the lock plate 9 is fastened and fixed to the hat shape attachment plate 11 by the fastening screw 12.
