PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel in which the back of partitions is not transparently visible, manufacturing steps of the partitions can be made simple, and further, the number of components used for partition manufacture can be reduced and eventually the panel is advantageous in terms of cost, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The information display panel has a structure to form cells isolated from each other between two opposed substrates, at least one of which is transparent, and to seal a display medium into the cells, in which the colored partitions produced by performing patterning after the arrangement of at least one kind of dry film resists (32R, 32G, 32BL) prepared by compounding a pigment absorbing the wavelength of a wavelength region different from a photosensitive wavelength (nearly 365 nm) with a photosensitive resist agent are manufactured.
