PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form-rolling apparatus comprising a superior pitch adjusting device 8 capable of quite easily adjusting pitches by only engaging a reference engaging part 4 provided previously on a rolling dice 2 by means of rotating a sprindle 1 by loosening a coupling 14, with a locking part 5 for adjusting pitches of a pitch adjusting device in place of an auxiliary bearing device 9, and coupling and clenching a coupling 14 again during adjusting pitches. SOLUTION: The form-rolling apparatus produces form-rolling parts by rolling a workpiece 3 between rolling dices 2 formed on each of a pair of sprindle 1, and is so constructed that a machine body fixing part 7 are provided with the locking part 5 for adjusting pitches engaged by engaging a reference engaging part 4 correlative with teeth provided previously on rolling dices with sprindle 1, the machine body fixing part 7 is installed in place of the auxiliary bearing device 9 of master axis base 6A, and the pitch adjusting device 8 is installed removably.
