<p>The new method is for the prevention of stress on tendons and ligaments of users of computer mice and involves a lower position of the mouse locating surface. In this way, a more suspended and less stressful position of the arm in the shoulder joint is possible since the mouse is not so further forward and more sidewards from the body of the user. In the first place, a low mouse position is established on an extendable desk part, adjacent small table or base surface. In a second place, a mouse mat is prepared, which has a sloping angle whereby the position of the mouse is further from the user or is lower than right by the side of the body of the user, so that during operation of the mouse no wrist extension is necessary. All mouse mat inclination angles are more than 10 degrees.</p> |
