PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder, an operation terminal, a communication terminal, a communication device with recording function, a telephone apparatus with recording function, a program and a recording medium, in which the program is recorded, by which the reproduction of desired audio data is attained without performing a specifying operation in reproduction by a reproduction operator upon excluding the specifying operation in the recording, which is conventionally performed by an operator of the recorder. SOLUTION: The recorder 2 includes a sound data storage control part 114, in which operation terminal information for identifying operation terminals 4, 7 requesting the recording of the audio data is stored in an audio data storage part 122 to be made correspond to the voiceociates when the recording of the audio data is requested from the respective operation terminals 4, 7. In addition, the recorder 2 further includes an audio data retrieval part 118 which retrieves the audio data associated with the operation terminal information of the operation terminals which request reproduction of the audio data from among pieces of the audio data stored in the audio data storage part 122 when reproduction of the audio data is requested from the respective operation terminals 4, 7.
