PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio relay preventing interference with low-level analog signals of digital signals, an encoding processing circuit, and an interface method thereof. SOLUTION: Exclusive OR between the LSB and a plurality of upper bits of a digital signal outputted from a frame separation part 17 is operated by an EXORe, and a first digital signal wherein outputs of respective bits are made random is outputted to a DACd, so that interference with an analog circuit part on wiring due to addition of the digital signal in a low-level signal is prevented. The LSB and a plurality of upper bits of the first digital signal is operated again by an EXORf to restore the original digital signal, and this signal is inputted to the DACd and is converted to an analog signal.
