PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital signal demultiplexer for demultiplexing the signal of the channel with an arbitrary frequency interval and band width, and to provide a digital signal multiplexer for multiplexing signals. SOLUTION: A digital signal demultiplexer is configured to operate discrete Fourier transformation to an input signal, and to output a sample in the frequency band of each channel from the sample of a frequency region, and to add the sample so that the number of the samples of each channel can be set to the power of 2, and to carry out discrete inverse Fourier transformation to the sample of each channel with length equal to the number of samples. A digital signal multiplexing device is configured to operate discrete Fourier transformation with length equal to the number of samples of the input signal in a predetermined interval, and to output the sample in the frequency band of each channel from the sample of the frequency region of each channel, and to operate discrete inverse Fourier transformation according to the frequency arrangement of each channel.
