PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and quickly shut off between a combustion gas source and a combustor if abnormalities such as the rise or drop of pressure, backfire, or implosion occurs between the combustion gas source and the combustor. SOLUTION: The outer tube 11 of a valve body 10 is formed in a longitudinally elongated bottomed one a valve head 12 having an inlet 13 and an outlet 14 is secured to the open end of the outer tube. An inlet side pressure holding valve 15 connected to the inlet 13 is installed in the outer tube 11. When the pressure on the inlet 13 side is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, the pressure holding valve is opened. When the pressure on the outlet 14 side is higher a predetermined value or more than that on the inlet 13 side, it is closed. An inner tube 25 is installed in the outer tube 11.
