PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made packaging bag which enables a remaining content to be preserved after a part of the content is taken out, is easily opened and closed without a zip to show the same preservation as that of a bag with the zip, and is manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: The resin-made packaging bag has a bag-shaped resin-made film of a laminate film comprising a surface layer with an adhesive layer and a resin laminated thereon, and an easily breakable part formed in the vicinity of the outer circumferential end of the bag-shaped resin-made film wherein a non-adhesive part is formed in the area of the surface from the easily breakable part to the part to be broken, and the surface layer is easily peelable from the non-adhesive part.
