PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To commonly use a game machine frame even among game boards of different plate thicknesses. SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine wherein the game board 3 can be fixed to an outer frame 2 by fitting the side part of the game board 3 to a fitting groove part 2b provided on the outer frame 2 in the front-and-back direction, a frame-like display frame member is arranged on the back surface of the game board 3 of a second plate thickness thinner than a first plate thickness equivalent to the front-and-back width of the fitting groove part 2b, a part 217b to be fitted of a third plate thickness for which the second plate thickness is subtracted from the first plate thickness is integrally formed at a frame part superposed on the side part of the game board 3 in the display frame member, and the side part of the game board 3 is fitted to the fitting groove part 2b together with the part 217b to be fitted.
