PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a game machine surely executing the locking by expanding a design area of a control board in a limited design space in the back face side of an inner frame of the game machine. SOLUTION: A sliding lock R is provided with engagement parts with an outer frame 1 at an upper space part J near the upper lateral frame part 25 of the outer frame 1, and a lower space part K near the upper part of a modesty panel 17 in the back face side of the inner frame 3 respectively.
