A sample quantification method for quantifying a sample characterized by comprising: the database memory step of storing database having a relative calibration curve registered therein; the internal standard measurement step of measuring an internal standard of a known concentration and thus obtaining the mass spectrum of the internal standard; the absolute value computing step of forming a chromatogram based on the mass spectrum of the internal standard and computing the peak area or height of the internal standard; the sample measurement step of measuring the sample and thus obtaining the mass spectrum of the sample; the measurement value computing step of forming a chromatogram based on the mass spectrum of the sample and computing the peak area or height of the sample; and the sample concentration computing step of computing the concentration of the sample based on the relative calibration curve, the peak area or height of the internal standard and the peak area or height of the sample.
