<p>The invention relates to a composition containing : latex and at least one thickening compound selected from clay, glue, a resin, a wax, a gum, a mucilage, agar, sorbitol, alginate, a natural polymer, a synthetic polymer and mixtures thereof, an oil, an acid, an alcohol or any other substance favouring the emulsion or coagulation of the latex. The above composition is used against insects and other plant-killing arthropods and may form after application on a plant a physical and durable barrier between the plant and the insect.</p> |
