<p>System and a method for installing a flexible T-shaped pipe lining (14) in a pipe construction (22), the system including a flexible and inflatable packer (6) containing an element (4) for introducing air that includes devices for supplying (16) and discharging air, a flexible impregnable T-shaped pipe lining (14), means for fastening the packer (6) in rolled up/collapsed condition and means (18) for providing transport for the packer (6).
