A suture anchor comprises an elongate body having proximal and distal ends with an inner lumen extending therethrough, and at least one bone-engaging surface feature formed on an external surface thereof for engaging bone. A rotatable member extends between opposed sidewalls of the inner lumen and can rotate relative to the elongate body.
