摘要 An anti-fogging method and glass and lens produced by the method are provided to obtain permanent anti-fog effect in a product having glass or lens while maintaining the surface strength of the produced product by filling pores of the raw material of the products with fine crystal powder during manufacturing process. An anti-fogging method for glass and lens comprises steps of: preparing fine crystal powder by grinding transparent crystal until the particle size reaches at most 10 nanometer; mixing the fine crystal powder in washing water and preparing crystal emulsion by mixing the mixture with 0.1-1% of surfactant; heating the prepared crystal emulsion; introducing the crystal emulsion into pores of the raw material by soaking the object such as glass, plastic and lens in the heated crystal emulsion while moving the object up and down or right and left; and drying the object after taking out the object from the emulsion. The crystal emulsion is prepared by mixing the crystal particles in washing water and stirring the mixture until an emulsion of 12% is obtained. The surfactant is polyethylene oleyl or sodium dioctylsuccinate. An anti-fog glass, anti-fog plastic or anti-fog lens is obtained by penetrating fine crystal powder having particle size of at most 10 nanometer in pores according to the anti-fogging method.
