WASHING MACHINE AND METHOD TO CONTROL LAUNDRY THEREOF

A washing machine and a washing control method thereof are provided to prevent damage to laundry and to reduce washing time by wetting laundry with a proper amount of water. A washing control method comprises the steps of: sensing load of a washing machine containing laundry(S6042,S6046,S6050); wetting the laundry with controlling water level according to the sensed load(S6058); and generating bubbles after wetting the laundry and washing laundry with bubbles. The amount of water for wetting laundry increases as the load of the washing machine increases.
