METHOD FOR RE-DIRECTION OF UPLINK ACCESS

An uplink access re-direction method is provided to suppress the uplink access of a specific UE(User Equipment) rapidly by including information associated with random access in a preamble to be transmitted to an eNode B and adding necessary information for re-direction access to a response message to be transmitted from the eNode B. A UE transmits a random access preamble to an eNode B(S201). In this case, the UE can transmit uplink message information or channel measurement information to the eNode B together with a signature so that the eNode B can allocate resources for uplink transmission. In response to the preamble, the eNode B transmits a random access response message to the UE(S203). If so, the random access response message contains the signature transmitted from the UE and admission or rejection information for signature transmission. In addition, the response access response message can contain re-direction information, wait time, and a rejection cause. Receiving the random access response message, the UE transmits an RRC(Radio Resource Control) connection request message to the eNode B when the received response message contains the signature and admission information for signature transmission(S205). If the RRC connection request message is received, the RRC layer of the eNode B transmits an RRC connection configuration message or an RRC contention resolution message to the UE(S207).
