FLAT FLUORESCENT LAMP AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THEREOF

A flat fluorescent lamp and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent uniformity of its luminance from being deteriorated by preventing mercury gas from moving through channels. Plural channels(111) are placed in parallel on a first substrate(110), and a second substrate(120) is bonded to the first substrate. A fluorescent layer(150) is applied on inner surfaces of the first and second substrates and portions between the channels. A substrate adhesive(130) is applied on a contact surface(170) between the first and second substrates, and has a mixture layer mixed with phosphor of the fluorescent layer. Surface electrodes(141) are formed on both ends of the channel in a direction crossing the channel. Rear electrodes(142) are formed on both ends of the second substrate.
