An OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) receiving circuit having a plurality of demodulation paths is provided to improve a dynamic range of an ADC(Analog Digital Converter) by reducing a sampling rate of the ADC to improve performance of a receiving circuit. An OFDM receiving circuit having a plurality of demodulation paths includes a low noise amplifier(31) outputting after amplifying a received OFDM signal. A down-conversion mixer(33) outputs after down-converting a signal outputted from the low noise amplifier. A signal outputted from the down-conversion mixer is inputted into the plurality of demodulation paths. A combining unit(45) outputs after combining a plurality of data outputted from the demodulation paths. A filter passes a signal of a band corresponding to each demodulation path. An ADC outputs after converting a signal outputted from the filter to a digital signal.
