Compressed air brake cylinder

The cylinder has a piston with a piston disk (4) and a piston rod (5) made as a single-piece by cold forming of a raw material e.g. aluminum. A thrust member (6) is provided for actuation of a brake lever of a disk brake, and a compensating disk (7) is integrated at an outer edge of the piston disk. The thrust member is integrated into the piston rod, and is longitudinally adjustable by the compensating disk. A welded seam connects the piston disk with the piston rod, and a bellow is provided for sealing an interior space (14) of a housing jacket.
