The machine has a cassette (20) with flattening rollers (22) e.g. work roller, mounted on a support chassis (21). The cassette is carried at the front and the rear by internal and external support parts respectively. The chassis is mounted between work and maintenance positions, in which the rollers are turned towards bottom and top, respectively. A guide rail (7) is mounted on a dismounting carriage (3) and engaged on a toothed pinion (54) in a dismounting position of the cassette. The pinion is centered on a chassis pivoting axis and integrated to the chassis.
