A layered wood block manufacturing method is provided to save resources and to reduce the cost by stacking a long slender cylinder and to adjust the thickness of layered wood blocks freely even after the layered wood block is produced. A layered wood block manufacturing method comprises the steps of: cutting the white birch, the maple, or oceania timber into thin plates at the thickness of 1.0~3 mm by a rotary cutter or a slicer(10); drying the thin plates to make the moisture content below 12%(20); increasing hardness by vacuum-impregnating the thin plates with phenol resin and then drying the thin plates(30); applying polyurethane on a wood block by a binder(40); and producing a layered wood block by pressing the wood blocks in the set thickness at 135°C by a hot press of 320 kg f/cm^2(50).
