A damper for a ventilation duct is provided to precisely close the ventilation duct by preventing a sealing member from separating from the damper. A damper(200) for a ventilation duct comprises a sealing member(300) formed on the circumference of the ventilation duct. The sealing member is fabricated through an insert molding process by installing a metallic damper in a mold such that the sealing member surrounds the damper. The damper is provided on a circumference thereof with a plurality of perforations(220) which are aligned along the circumference of the damper while being spaced apart from each other by a constant interval. First and second end portions of the sealing member, which surround first and second end portions of the damper are integrally formed with each other through the perforations. The sealing member is provided at the outer peripheral thereof with a sealing blade(350) wherein an end of the sealing blade is positioned at the inside of the damper.
