A structure for coupling a drive shaft with a hub in a vehicle is provided to remove backlash clearance, to reduce friction noise, and to smoothen power transmission between the driver shaft and a wheel by mounting a filling member between the drive shaft and a serration combining part of the hub. A filling member(4) is inserted between a drive shaft(2) and a serration combining part of a hub(1) to fill backlash clearance. The filling member has a ring shaped body(4a), filling bands(4b), and a rigidity weakening part. The ring shaped body is mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the hub. The rigidity weakening part weakens the rigidity of the filling bands so that the filling bands are divided into two parts if applied by outer force. The rigidity weakening part has slits(4c) inclined and cut with a predetermined angle at the predetermined area according to the longitudinal direction of the filling bands.
