ANTI-STATIC HARD COAT FILM

An anti-static hard coat film is provided to secure anti-static property and scratch resistance with maintaining high light transmissivity, by making an anti-static layer and a hard coat layer of ionizing radiation curable resin and limiting the thickness of the anti-static layer a mean particle diameter of anti-static particles, also resisting Taber abrasion within a value of a predetermined range. An anti-static hard coat film(20) is composed of a hard coat layer(16) made of ionizing radiation curable resin(11) and an anti-static layer(14) with thickness of 0.03~2 mum made of ionizing radiation curable resin containing anti-static particles(10) with a mean particle diameter of 0.1~2 mum. The hard coat layer and the anti-static layer are formed on a base film(18) in order. The additional amount of anti-static particles in the anti-static layer is restricted within a value corresponding to 50~90wt.% of the total amount of the anti-static layer. Surface resistivity of the anti-static layer is determined as a value within a range of 1x10^4~1x10^10 Ф.cm. Taber abrasion resistance measured on the basis of JIS(Japanese Industrial Standards) K5400 is limited as a value below 25.
