A cleaner and speaker assistance device of a portable terminal is provided to clean an external surface of the terminal quickly as being integratedly carried together with the terminal, and to be applied to the terminal adjacent to or contacted with a human body, thereby offering sanitary benefits. A cleaning unit(110) cleans an external surface of a portable terminal independently, or is carried together with the terminal by being confronted with a speaker of the terminal. A hook unit fixes the cleaning unit to a predetermined position of the terminal. A tension unit(120) is fixed to the terminal by being integratedly extended along the outer circumference between the cleaning unit and the hook unit. A speaker hole(140) is formed on the center of the cleaning unit.
