A temperature compensation structure for a vacuum sensor is provided to prevent the short between heating coils or between the heating coil and a spacer core without using an insulating coating by winding the heating coil on a winding groove made of a plastic material. A terminal holder(120) is coupled to a housing of a vacuum sensor and provided with a plurality of electric terminals(122). Space cores(130) are interference-fitted in the electric terminals of the terminal holder. A heating coil(140) is wound on the space core and connected to the electric terminals to generate heat. Plural fitting holes are formed on a bottom section of the space core to be interference-fitted in the electric terminals. A coil winding groove is formed on an outer circumference of the space core so as to insert and receive the heating coil. The space core is made of a resin.
