The invention concerns the field of material sciences and relates to conductive alloys that are used as high-performance permanent magnet materials. The aim of the invention is to provide a method and a device by means of which the nucleation, growth and transformation behavior of forming phases can be influenced. To this end, the invention provides a method in which the conductive alloys are molten in a crucible, whereby the crucible is rotated with a frequency during the hardening of the melt, said frequency being determined according to equation (a) in which E < 10 <-2> with (b) representing the rotational frequency, (c) representing kinematic viscosity of the melt, E representing the Ekman number (d), R representing the radius of the melting crucible, and O representing the rotating rate (e). The aim of the invention is also achieved by a device, which is comprised of a heatable rotating crucible, of devices for effecting the rotation and heating, and of controlling and regulating devices.
|
