摘要 A manufacturing method of fine foam material with a uniform foaming ratio and an extrusion foaming system for the same are provided to keep a microscopic sectional shape and to reduce length of a vacuum cooling unit by extruding the fine foam material at preset temperature difference between sections and winding at a regular foaming guidance ratio. A manufacturing method of fine foam material with a uniform foaming ratio by mixing plasticized thermoplastic high molecular resin and a foaming agent, forming a fine air gap by passing through a pressure drop section(250) of an extruder die, and cooling the melted mixture formed with the fine air gap by passing through a cooling section(260) of the extruder die, using an extruder, includes the steps of: extruding the fine foam material with setting temperature difference between an end point of the pressure drop section and a start point of the cooling section, to be 30 to 200°C; and adjusting a foaming ratio and microscopic physical properties minutely by winding the fine foam material discharged from the extruder die at a regular foaming guidance ratio with a winder. The extruder die includes a heating unit(220) near the end point of the pressure drop section, and a cooling unit(230) near the start point of the cooling section.
